Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times refer to the time for your order to be packaged and prepared for shipment.

If you chose Priority or Express shipping, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.

If you choose any other shipping method, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

PLEASE NOTE: The duty and import fees (if any) shall be paid by the buyer and determined by the local customs. We are not responsible for any duty and import fees charged upon delivery of your items. We are working diligently to find a better option as far as shipping costs for our International customers. 

DELIVERY 
The delivery time for each shipping method is displayed during checkout and also listed on your order confirmation. The delivery time is from the date your order is shipped so it doesn't include our order processing time.

Delivery times are set by the postal company and are based on business days which are regular working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

We ship worldwide and our customers generally receive their order within the specified delivery timeframe. However, it is possible that your package may be delayed in transit or during customs processing by your country's customs department.

Although we have no control over these delays we will do everything possible to expedite your delivery Inshaa'Allah.
